If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14-30 business days after approval. Depends on your bank and card Provider.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover all costs.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the desired item is in stock. Please contact us first to confirm availability.
